Happy Birthday to Madison

We celebrated Madi's birthday and how much fun is it to have a 5 year old. Madi has grown into such a creative little girl. She loves school supplies and loves to write new words. It amazes me how much she already knows and how much she will learn this year as she starts Kindergarten in August. Madison we love you!

We were able to celebrate Easter a week early with my family. The kids had a wonderful afternoon playing outside and of course hunting for Easter eggs. Madison would find an egg, open it up to see if it was the $5 egg. Then proceed to find the next egg. This was a long process, she probably only collected 6 eggs. Carson would find an egg, open it up, put the money in his pocket, then proceed to find the next egg. Jackson was so adorable finding eggs. He was all into it this year. Daddy helped him find the eggs. It was so cute, about an hour after the hunt was over he was found wondering the yard with two baskets looking in every bush hoping to find another egg. They all had a really good time and enjoyed their time being together as a family. Mema and Papa D bought the kids a water blaster and I have to say that was the highlight of the night. They were all gathered around the pool filling up the blasters and shooting them across the pool. Sam was getting adventurous and decided to shoot Mema. I love watching Susie and Darryl with all of the grandkids, they make them so happy. Definately love all of their grandkids. Can't wait to see them this summer in the pool with all the grandkids, well not all of them, not many can swim yet. But we will work on that this summer.
